The famous Martindale “Crocodile” blade is made from hot rolled high quality British Steel, produced in the Martindale’s own mill. The Crocodile blade is distinguished by its tapered strip section that enhances the chopping and cutting characteristics of the blade by optimizing the weight of the tool. Each face of the blade has three grooves which assist the blade’s removal from sapwood. The grooves extend to the tang of the blade to form a mechanical lock with the handle. Martindale Machetes are exceptionally lightweight and easy to use.

Martindale’s machete handles are made from German beech wood, cross-sown and steel riveted for maximum strength and stability.

A multiple use tool for weed growth, cleaning and cutting brush, vines and shrubs. Machete features a 24" (56cm) long polished blade with a 5" (13cm) long wood handle. 1.45 pounds (23.2 ounces) weight. Blade can take a razor sharp edge.
